I'm not sure we ever met but what Starbug has said tells me more than enough to know that you were a true Leyther.
My thoughts go out to all his family and friends.
Bert would talk endlessly about Leigh RLFC and he was a fanatical supporter over many years. I can vividly picture him now at LISA meetings, always sat in the same spot in the Mick Martyn bar nearest the top table. He was always willing to voice and share his idea's on how to make Leigh RLFC a truly great club again.
