I don't think the crowds would plummet if we were in the championship, however I don't think three years would benefit us in the championship, too many of our big name players would go, and it would be harder sign good players to complement the youth coming through, I know it isn't possible at the moment but a year might have done us well but 3 years would be too long imo
Look what it is doing for a team like mine The Irons! we are in freefall, 2 signings and about 8 plus have gone! a new manager looking at players all 30 plus!
An emphatic no then. I only asked because it seems your only a couple of years away from being a competitive team with all the development going on down there.
Good luck, I think the game would benefit from a strong London team and I hope suuporters down there keep the faith because it can't be far until you turn the corner.
