I said last night that seeing the beaming smile on IL's face as he was walking round before the match, was one of the highlights for me. He has built a home grown empire and last night (and all season) proved that they are there on merit of skill and knowledge rather than birth right. He has built an awesome team.

Ian has had a vision of what he has wanted the club to be and with his no flannel response has managed to get the support of the backroom staff, the players and the fans.

Sometimes I think that IL doesn't receive the accolades that he deserves. Not because people don't notice what he's done for the club, more the fact that they don't know how to.

This forum and this thread wouldn't allow me to fit the amount of text needed to show my appreciation of Mr Lenegan and what he has done to the club.

All I can say is Thank You and it is very much appreciated.

Sentiments we should all be echoing.
