I was just wondering, my friend has a ticket in the leazes west corner unreserved... turnstile 9/10 15-16... can he move to under the sticks in the leazes to be with the hull fans?
im unsure if its all one stand and you can sit anywhere.
Also is the leazes upper tier open? or just lower?
