Do we think the game will be on, I have some friends travelling some distance and want to attend. They will probably not travel if game cancelled.

It looks like the pitch is in a sublime one million pound condition from what I've seen on the Leeds Rhinos official Facebook feed. It's highly unlikely the match will be cancelled but I'd keep checking just in case!

Even in football though some games have been postponed because the surrounding areas of the grounds have been deemed unsafe.

I think the pitch will be fine, It will have been covered all week and the new heating will take care of the frozen areas. as far as the surrounding areas the roads around Hq have been well gritted all week, for once LCC have really been on the ball this time.

Wouldn't be surprised looking at that to see both the Western and Carnegie Terraces closed (I know the latter is already).

Save having to clear the Western terrace, given it's probably going to be icy beneath the snow.

How good does that pitch look!!!, I should imagine that the western terrace will be clear by tommorow maybe this afternoon. How bad is the snow in leeds today??? on the pennines it's only coming down very lightley.
