Obviously its dissapointing to lose such a big game but i'm not as dissapointed as i thought i'd be, we lacked composure and direction and those qualities are what you need to get to a Grand Final.

We wern't good enough when it counts, too many of our key players didn't perform. Not much more you can say really, good luck to Leeds.

All that the result means, ultimately, is that Leeds have been the better team over the course of the season. Let it take nothing away from your achievements this year.

I don't mind admitting it, I'm ruddy gutted...
But, ateotd, would rather be losing semi finals by 2 points than in the doldrums or in a relegation scrap... So no complaints here, another trophy, albeit not the one we all wanted, dust ourselves down, bicker with the goons and skintellins fans until February and give it another shot next year.

Fair play Leeds played better tonight than we did, but have this bad taste in my mouth that we won the League, yet got KO by a Team that finished 5th.
So tell me, what benefit is there for finishing 1st ???

Great game. Like yourselves, if we had lost that one, I'd be upset, but not too much. Both teams put a hell of a lot into it.

I am a Leigh fan, and over the season Wire have been the better team but lost in the play off's, in my opinion anyway.

We got to choose our opponents and got to play them at home, they still beat us so hats off to Leeds.

But also whenever we look at the league table for this season it will have Warrington on top which is the first in my lifetime and so I'm very happy with that. I know we get kids from Wigan on here saying "but nobody remembers who topped the league in such and such a year", that doesn't work with me though because I'm a rugby nerd so I usually do know who topped the league in that year.

Its not just your opinion thats a fact that's exactly what happened. You guys will know what this feels like from 2001 when you smashed everyone in the NFP then had one bad game against Oldham in the semi and ended the season.

Yes it is my opinion, we also lost in the play off's last week and it hurt's. Over the season though, i know it doesn't help at the moment, but you have been the better side.
