Without wanting to wish him harm, losing Hill may be the best thing to happen to us over these dead rubbers. It would highlight just how important Chilly is, and may flag up huge failings in the pack to ridiculous proportions.

having our best player injured wont highlight any issues to anyone... it will just deprive our club of its best player.

He has played a lot of minutes and games over the last couple of years.
We were able to rest players at one time but poor form has meant that we have had to ask a lot more from him.
It's a bit like Roby at Saints. He never deserves to be on the losing side.

His stats for this season are amazing, same as last season. 4th top metres gained (3131) and 4th top tackler (810), with only 7 errors in all those minutes he's been putting in. I'm sure some of our players have made more than that in a single game this year!

Yet apparently he's not being considered for Man of Steel. I'm not saying I think he should win it, but to have better stats than most of the favourites and not even be worthy of odds? He was a favourite last year and his stats are better now!

Perhaps it's too obvious that Hill is carrying the pack, I was agreeing with you and you still attack my every post. I don't even think you actually read many of them before you cut them down.
