RL will always be small-time because we act like this.   I've just accepted it.   Linking up with the NRL may well have diluted some of our top-talent pool, but this could have worked both ways and we could have taken some of their outstanding juniors on a sort of dual-registration basis, and more importantly tapped into their experience of coaching structures.   


Nigel Wood for me, even just visually, reinforces the stereotype of the ageing tubby Northern guy who likes his M62 bubble.   I can see why Peter V'Landys seemingly doesn't have any respect for him.   Time to put pride to bed and actually start learning from those with experience of expanding a sport.    Doubt it will happen though...

Let's hope a few more shout out about these so called officials...and also refuse to pay any fines handed out..the games in a terrible mess..only watch our game and maybe a game on Friday night until benidorm comes on

Wakefield blitzing Catalan. The way Wakefield are going they look good for top 6

Just had a look at Wakefield fixtures for rest of season and I have to say they look good for top 6. As for the other teams already in there and their points I think we are done.

Yup i reckon the top 6 is already done and dusted. The way we're playing it will be us and Hull fighting for 7th place. It would take a massive drop off from Wakey for us to sneak 6th.
