Bumped into P.R and his men just after 7 am this morning doing a bit of training in Lilford park on there bikes,wilst i was having a walk with AUZZY and Dougie my black labs

I was fishing the Lauren Pilkington-Smith Memorial March on the canal and around 9-30am they all came past must say they where well mannered most of them said thanks when they came past us..
I sh--e myself at first i thought they had come lookin for me after
calling them bobbins over the last few weeks

Did you have the paper bag on ?

That might be why they left you alone , they didn't recognise you

Now I dont know if its fact , but ......

I saw them at 7-30ish riding up the by-pass



Only what I heard later , they were riding the 30 odd miles to Fylde playing the cobblers 9s and coming back



Rowley was deffo one and Fred P was another , at the back on his Raleigh Chopper

Higson was askin in Leigh Tackle n Bait who was DetroitSoul

Used to help out at the Kenny Buxton school of fishing, where Morty and Martin Keavny used to fish, both of them very good fishermen. Hope the pair of them are still at it.
I know it's a Rugby League forum, but Kenny Buxton is a true gentleman who doe's a fantastic amount of work for local youth.
