| So it's Catalans. Unfortunate thing is it could be the lowest crowd in play off history. On a positive we have a great home record against them and I fancy our chances.

| i would hope we can get over 4,000. we have got one last chance against a team we usually beat convincly at home.i think we got less than that v catalan a few years back?
gonna be a tough game but one we have to win to get some pride back and get within 80 minutes of old trafford!

| Cats it is, but it won't be easy. Going by our season I'd say we've got our work cut out to extend our season by one game. I was even thinking today 'what if we went on to win the thing?' Actually turned it around and won, after this week I'd feel like we robbed it. I genuinely don't think we are anywhere near good enough to get past the semis this year.

| didn't matter who it was, it will be a tough game and we need to up it another level as we found out on Thursday. We do have a great home record against em but remember 2009 ...they ended our hopes at exactly the same stage, ironically after we had finished 3rd in the league(they were 8th).
Whoever we played it would require a huge effort and improvement, let's hope we have it !!

| Very interesting game this - at least for us. Sky have all but written us off (understandably) and with us playing on Friday as well the attention will be off us initially. Comments from Sky such as the play offs only got started for game 3 and 4 (Eliminators), and us having conceded a woeful 50+ points we will not be expected to do much given that Catalan have had a much tougher game against a good play-off team.
But - we are at home, we [uwill[/u be better, and whether Broughy plays or not we will surely want to show that we [uare[/u a good team and put in a much improved performance. Will be tough as Cats will fancy their chances and will have nothing to lose in this winner takes all game. Perhaps Leeds would have been an easier option for us?
Will only be us diehards there so up to us to cheer the guys on and get that step closer to Old Trafford.
The dream is still alive - no way will Saints pick us in clubcall so win this and we get the chance to go back and correct that awful display at Wigan. Win that too and we will truly have earnt our GF place.

| unless cas pull of a win which i cant see , they look spent and have gone as far as they can go. full credit too them for a wonderful season
Saints will pick the winner of this tie. No way will they want to face wigan/wire until the final should they get there.
stick my neck on the line with brough back (no brough no chance ) i think we'll get to old trafford facing wigan.

| we have a great record versus catalans at home... but dont forget the 2009 play off defeat to them!! we were finished after the challenge cup final though i remember.
crowd is going to be a shocker, maybe 3k.. they have closed the lower tier behind the posts.
catalans are in a rich vein of form right now so its not going to be easy, will the fans give them a nice cosy welcome or are we going to turn the volume up and get behind the lads from the get go, hope its the latter!
expect a big response after last week.

mcgillvary
cudjoe
wardle
broughton
brough
robinson
kaufusi
lunt
crabtree
ferres
lawrence
patrick
kopczak
taai
bailey
faiumu
thats the team i think anderson will prob go for.
although wouldnt mind to see mullally in for patrick and sticking taai in the second row.
connor too could be given a shot instead of robbo to partner brough but bit late in the day to be making drastic changes like that in such a big game.
faiumu been great off the bench lately with his offloads..sidesteps..energy

| Let's do this! Can't wait for Friday. Has broughy been given a fitness deadline? You reckon he will make it?
