Past 2 games he's not shown anything spectacular, why is he above S Tomkins in the GB team?

Yes he has potential, but he hasn't shown anything good or creative in the past 2 games.

Maybe not so much in the last two games but over the season so far he has proven without doubt he is a class act. He showed flashes of it tonight, it just didn't come off for him.

hes a crackin player, ok he hasnt done much these last 2 games, but the other games he hasnt played against wigan hes been a massive game winner for them, hes a good player in quite a bad team

The thing is, if we signed him and he played in that game tonight - would he have had a major effect, anything that S Tomkins would not have done?

yeah a kicking game, and thats about it, the 2 lads are to young to be mentioned as full first teamers, if myler was at a club like leeds, do you think he would be a first teamer every week

There is no answer to a question like that. If he was playing for us tonight he may have scored a hatrick and we may have scored 70.

No halfback in the world would have been able to play on the back of that Salford preformence. They were 22-0 down after 15-20 mins and had hardly touched the ball.......not exactly easy to shine as a halfback is it?

I remember people saying Sam Tomkins had a quiet game at Leeds earlier in the season when we where on the end of something similar to what Salford got tonight and at the time i said the same thing about Sam.

When theyt were attacking our line he showed some flashes of brilliance and unpredictability. Ball in hand he was throwing some great dummies and looking for that money ball. Unfortunately, he hasn't got the players around him to play to his full potential.

Going to be a cracking player. A little overated at the moment, but easily has the potential to be #7 for England for 10yrs.
