It might have been mentioned but wondered if anyone who was there knows if the Section 106 (Contract to build stadium before any buildings are brought into use.) was agreed?

It's nice to see LCC's frothing outrage; for once, WMDC are refusing to act like vassals and clearly, they don't like it up 'em.

That really is taking the proverbial. LCC = Uber-NIMBY's.
