I know its been said a thousand times but why is Radford our Captain, we conceded 4 tries in 10 minutes and he never said anything to the players whilst they were under the posts. As for him as a player personally I think hes finished along with King and Graeme Horne I would never pick them again.
Mike Burnett should start and allow Willie Manu off the bench because 80 minutes is no good for him , Whiting needs to play in a more pivotal role probably loose man because we haven't had one for 15 games and Thorman well nobody has a good word for him so again says thanks to him and tell him now he won't be getting another contract .

He should not be Captain of Hull FC full stop, his body language is awful, he shows no desire, doesn't try to fire up his team and I'm sick of seeing him stood away from his team mates with his back to them under the posts just about every time we have a try scored against us instead of being in the middle of the huddle talking to the players.

Have to agree with that, did you see Sinfield under the posts when we scored against them? His head was on fire and they were still winning comfortably!!

he trains with hull rufc quite regular. he'll end up there no shadow of a doubt.

next season he'll be gone. its pre season at HRUFC so he can train in both codes

As much as he shouldn't be captain, it really isn't as important as people make out. We have leaders on the field who will be the speakers whether they are captain or not. That said, based on the last few weeks, Whiting should be given it for the rest of the season and given a starting spot. One of very few who really put the effort in yesterday and he was always shouting at people and trying to get us into some sort of shape in attack and defence. The tackle to save a try with about 10 minutes to go when the game was already gone just showed what it means to him.

Next year they will be fighting over it with Long and Fitzgibbon two of the best leaders in the game with bags of experience.
