Who else reckons the derby debacle was our turning point...since then we have got better and better,are playing as a team and have only lost the once.Sooner be in our position now than what rovers are.

Sort of. Shaul's try at Wakefield felt disproportionately important after our start in that game was a continuation of the Good Friday shambles.

The next 3 games are an important indicator for me. We need to beat Wakefield, man up against Warrington (don't expect a win, but a performance) and beat Rovers for an extremely rare Magic 2 points. Otherwise we'll be out of the cup and back scrapping for 8th.

It was the game on April Fools day that changed our fortunes around.
It's always small margins between success and failure.
Looked like we were gonna lose that one early doors and we really would have been in -street.

Precious, isn't he? Never made a mistake in 2 seasons, always things outwith his control.

To me the team that loses the derby seems to come out the better in the coming games in 2011 we lost to rovers then went and won our next 3 games while rovers lost there next 2. In 2010 we beat rovers then we went and lost our next 3 games while rovers went and won there next 2. Now this year we lost to rovers and we have gone on to win 5 out of our last 6 matches and the loss was against Wigan and we gave it all against them and if we had full team we probably would have won while rovers have lost 4 of their 6 games since beating us.

We've had better weather lately also. Gentle did say we will play better when grounds harden.

There has been a huge change since the derby, and the opening of the Wakey game.

Not sure what's happened, but i like it.
