I know we've been through this a few times but plans are afoot to start construction on the new south stand at the end of next year.
It's going to be a single span terrace and not like the Carnegie as been mooted previously.

That's fair enough given the current economic climate,i would've liked a bigger carnegie version though but not to worry as long as it's done and does what it says on the tin.

That's exactly what I was told.Better facilities and a few more corporate boxes but that's it.

Don't worry GH will have the prospective sponsor purchasing the naming rights to the stand lined up well before the building works have even been drawn up, oh and Caddick will build it

I reckon Leeds Building Society will want to sponsor it. But then again if that was to happen, I think Met Carnegie will have a few things to say about it. They will want to stay main sponsors and this could look like LBS are encroaching on their turf.
