Wigan are on their way back to the top, it's a shame this phase in our history has taken longer than expected but it will be worth it in the end. We are the next team to dominate like Leeds, Saints and Bradford have done.

This has the makings of a - 2010 year of the "Wolfs" embarrassment.

Things are looking bright but lets not get carried away yet. I sense it will be evolution not revolution.

Good way of describing it but do we have a reason not to get excited? I am not saying we will win things but I know that in the next 3 years we will be playing in finals and probably winning a few.

I would see how he goes next year if I were you.There are some very good coaches out there , mc lennan , Smith , Potter and Brown to name a few. What makes you think Maguire is going to be any more successful than those.

It's not just MaGuire its the whole set up and the youth coming through.

'Evolution not revolution' is a very sensible statement - I hope our fans' expectations stay in line with this.

I understand there is still a lot of growing to do, but surely we should all be expecting the same result in the end.

The interesting bit is that Maguire will have vitually the same squad that Noble had last year.
What has improved is that Tim Smith and Ritchie Mathers have gone and Martin Gleeson and Paul Deacon have arrived since the start of last season.

Things are looking up for sure, but, to say we are going to dominate is utterly ridiculous. We haven't even competed for 5 years [Yes we got to Semi-Finals but we have bottled every single one. A competitive Wigan is what to expect next year.
