Barring a disastrous run of results think McManus will continue to persevere with him for the time being, but feel there are severe doubts whether he will still be in place come next year.


Saints have high standards, for obvious reasons. If they're not challenging for the prizes then the coach will always be under pressure, and they don't look to be up to that standard right now, there has been no real signs of progression under Wellens, top-six definitely but no more and at Saints that simply isn't good enough.
