However the Tribunal determined that under Operational Rule C1:3:12(a) Hull FC had relinquished their entitlement to compensation because the terms of the new contract they had offered Briscoe were less favourable than his previous
Says it all really, didn't AP know this? It's a pretty standard rule.

Contract was offered in September, hadn't Queen Kath jumped the sinking ship by then?
And of course Gary pulls all the strings at RFL. These qualified solicitors and barristers they use there to look over these types of issues are just purely there for ornament.
