As expected Nathan peats has resigned.
Two year deal- which is one too many for me as I would like to see us now start to develop young roby,
But a solid player who did ok for us in his previous stint.
State of origin player and very experienced. Doesn’t have the energy and running game of Levi and we will miss that, but he is solid defensively and a good ball distributor.he also plays a game low in errors and penalties
So Peats it is then, a safe and experienced pair of hands I suppose, but we'll still miss Levi's explosive energy.
Having said that who can blame someone with a young family choosing Oz over England, with all that's going on both locally and nationally at the moment?
Last piece of the jigsaw it seems, mobile pack and centres a plenty, line breaker in Connor, choices at 9.
I suppose it was too much to hope for more pace out wide and a running half back with the current salary cap restrictions.
Onwards & Upwards.
